How to apply and reserve accomodations

c)
On the Arrival Day, please hand in the following documents:
1) N° 1 Passport photo
2) original receipt of payment
3) medical certificate of physical suitability
for physical activity (not at a competitive level), issued by your
family doctor (only for dancers)
4) original application form.
d)
Fill out and sign the Temporary Member form on the Arrival Day.

GENERAL
PARTECIPATION CONDITIONS
- Only the members of Calabria Arte can participate
in the event. The application must be submitted on the arrival
day by filling out a form provided by the Secretary’s office.
The number of participants is limited and Calabria Arte reserves
the right to accept or decline the applications.
- Payment can be made on the Arrival Day
(checks or credit cards payments are not accepted ).
- The deposit and the payment cannot be returned
in case of non-participation or withdrawal from activities, and
cannot be transferred to another person. Only in the case of an
accident during the workshop will a partial reimbursement be made,
equal to the number of lessons not completed minus the original
deposit.
- Calabria Arte disclaims all responsibility
in the case of theft or damage to the dancers, guardians and observers
or to the damage or loss of any of their belongings, both during
the lessons and during other activities on the premises or during
the participants stay during the workshop period.
- Calabria Arte is exempted from all civil
and penal responsibility concerning and consequent to the participation
in the event.
- Calabria Arte is dismissed from all responsibility
regarding the physical suitability of all participants and possible
accidents.
- It is strictly forbidden to take photographs or
videotape during the lessons.
- The number of rooms available at the Village
Marasusa is limited. The observers will be accepted in proportion
to the number of dancers and at Calabria Arte’s discretion.
- Faculty have the authority to send thedancers
to a level more suitable to their capabilities.
- Calabria Arte reserves the right to modify
the following regulations and programs. The regulations will be
made known to the participants before the beginning of the event.

Extra Classes:
Active-Isolated Flexibility and Circus - Acrobatics:
70,00 € per week, single class: € 15,00
Note:
- The aforementioned prices refer to one week.
- For 2 weeks participation save 10%, for 3 weeks save 15% and for
4 weeks save 20% (Enrolment fee not included)
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
FOR SCHOOL & GROUPS
The teachers/group leaders who enrol N° 6 students in the event
will receive a 150 € rebate,
for N°10 students 300 €, for
N° 15 students 400 €, more than
N° 20 students 500 €.
To take advantage of all aforementioned terms, it is necessary to
fill out the application form for groups. The application form can
be acquired at the secretary’s office or can be downloaded.
The payment must be cumulative and will have to be made the day
before Arrival Day. It is necessary that the teacher/group leader
and the students carry out the stage in the same period of time.
Note: Dancers or Observers are allowed to participate in single
classes of Active-Isolated Flexibility and Circus Acrobatics for
15 € per class.
